Nearly Eliminate Downtime for DPF Cleaning

FleetServ created the DPFxchange Program to solve the DPF maintenance problem that many fleets face. The DPFxchange Program makes it easy for you to keep your fleet up and running. When a vehicle’s DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is ready for maintenance, you simply install a clean DPF (using a DPFx Kit that we either ship to you when needed or help you keep available on the shelf) and send the dirty one to us. Downtime is cut to a matter of hours!

Once the dirty DPF arrives at our shop we’ll inspect it for damage. If it’s in good shape, we’ll put it through our proprietary cleaning process, restore it to 90% or better of “new” condition, and then send it back to you for next time. Unlike other service providers that just blow air into the filter and call it “clean,” FleetServ’s DPF cleaning process actually removes nearly all of the ash and soot that has built up in the DPF.

Choose the DPFxchangeProgram that’s Best for You

FleetServ offers three different DPF Exchange Programs. All are available nationwide.

• The DPFx Standard Program is for those who are happy to start with clean used Diesel Particulate Filters, and then receive replacement kits from FleetServ’s inventory. When you’re ready, we’ll ship a DPFx Kit to you, complete with the gaskets. Note: a limited selection of part numbers are available through the Standard Program.
• The DPFx PremiumProgram is designed for fleets that have multiple locations, want to start with brand-new Diesel Particulate Filter kits, and only want to exchange filters within their own fleet. We’ll warehouse your private inventory of DPFs for you, and then handle all of the logistics of getting the DPFx Kits out to wherever they’re needed.
• The DPFx Premium+ Program is similar to the Premium program in that you’ll start with brand-new DPFx Kits and only exchange them within your own fleet. The difference here is that you purchase DPFs for each of your maintenance facilities and part numbers, and then store them on site. The big advantage here is that any time you need a DPF it’s sitting there on the shelf ready to go – whether for routine maintenance or an emergency situation.
