Off-Highway Catalytic Converters

The MINE-X ® Catalytic Converter is an excellent retrofit solution for any type of off-highway machinery, including earth-moving and construction equipment. Designed to withstand high temperatures and operate under severe conditions, the catalytic converter is made of heavy gauge stainless steel and solid brazed metal substrate so you know it will last a long time.

Off-Highway Catalytic Mufflers

The MINE-X® Catalytic Muffler comes in several custom designs, and is easy to install. It is guaranteed to fin on any machine, no matter what model or how old. Containing a brazed stainless steel honeycomb to prevent internal cracking or “telescoping,” this catalytic muffler reduces almost 100% of carbon monoxide and over 90% of hydrocarbons.

Diesel Particulate Filters

DCL’s diesel particulate filter, the MINE-X® Sootfilter, has a conversion efficiency (PM by particle count) of over 99%. It is one of the most effective particulate filters on the market, and is designed to bring your diesel engine in compliance with emission regulations. By using only the heat of the exhaust gas to burn away harmful soot into harmless carbon dioxide, the Sootfilter also filters out and destroys carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons at efficiencies above 80%.

Flow-Through Filters

MINE- X® Flow-Through Filters is a diesel retrofit solution for engines that can’t use conventional wall-flow filters, including:

• Older engines
• Two-stroke engines
• Light duty cycle engines

DCL’s flow-through filters consist of metal foils and metal fiver fleece. They are designed to reduce Diesel Particulate Matter (DPM) by up to 60% and reduce carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons by over 90%. They require no maintenance, and are easily configurable to the exact dimensions of the original muffler.

On-Highway Catalytic Converters and Mufflers

In addition to their off-highway products, DCL offers excellent products for on-highway trucks and diesel engines. The on-highway catalysts and catalytic mufflers can be custom-designed or come in a universal fit. Constructed with stainless steel and premium grade metallic substrate, their catalysts and catalytic mufflers can withstand incredibly high temperatures and still perform efficiently.
